Why We Created Rocky Point Best

After years of working with national and international real-estate franchises, we became convinced that Puerto Peñasco needed a more locally focused approach.


Systems designed for the United States did not always translate particularly well to Rocky Point. And even within Mexico, Puerto Peñasco is its own market—with its own buying process, resort communities, HOAs, rental considerations, ownership costs, and issues that buyers need to understand.
In 2016, we created Rocky Point Best so that the people who actually work in this market could make the decisions about how we market properties and serve our clients.


The goal is fairly simple: combine years of local experience with good information, modern marketing, and straightforward advice.

We believe it is better to discuss the important details early, even when they are not the most exciting part of buying property.
